We have one son, Maddox Michael. He’s 2, but will be 3 in just a few months.
Iced. All day every day, and no matter how cold it is outside. Just black with a little milk and I’m good to go.
I’m originally from southern York, Pennsylvania but moved to the DC metro area about 7 years ago. We just recently settled outside of Frederick in Monrovia, Maryland.
Comfy casual, boho-chic inspired.
My Maddox man! Being a good mom and providing a wonderful, carefree life for him pushes me to push myself every single day.
Truthfully, our home. We built it together, got engaged here, and it’s where we love to relax and spend quality family time! We’ve absolutely loved making this space entirely our own and adding unique, homey touches that would make Joanna Gaines so proud. It’s a true reflection of us.
It’s all in the accessories! Kiddos aren’t always practical when it comes to their wardrobe choices. So if your little one is set on adding a “unique” touch to an outfit, let them choose a fun hat, pair of tights, or jacket to throw overtop. You can ensure they’re dressed appropriately for the weather and the occasion, and they’ve had fun with the outfit, too.
Maddox lets us sleep in a bit, but wants to cuddle with us in “the big bed.” My fiance and Maddox get a run in while I take a Pure Barre class, then pick up an iced coffee on the way home. We visit the nearby vintage flea market to pick up a few things for our house, then stop at our favorite family-friendly brewery for live music and amazing food and drinks. Then we wrap up the day with a nice family dinner and evening in with a movie and wine!
Striking the perfect balance of family time, work, and “me” time. I’m a full-time working mom in addition to styling for Mac & Mia—so sometimes, it’s impossible to get everything I need accomplished in the day. But if I spent quality time with my family, put in a good day’s work that I’m proud of, and managed to take an hour for myself to get a workout in, I call that a success.
I love getting to know my clients on a personal level and making real connections with them. As a busy mom myself, knowing that I’m helping them focus on their family time and not having to think about going shopping really makes me feel like I’m making a difference in their lives. And to have the support of such an empowering group of women is truly incredible and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. To have the flexibility to work from home in my spare time doing something that I truly love and enjoy is incredible—I’m so grateful to be a part of this amazing company.
